This Japanese restaurant serves the best sushi you can buy at an affordable price. The building is small enough to feel more personal and homey but big enough to serve enough customers. I was able to talk to my wife in a normal volume without being interrupted by other diner’s experiences. We sat at the sushi bar and the chef warmly greeted us and helped take us through the selections. I felt like I was a preferred client even though it was my first time. The 2 miso soups, 2 rolls, and 4 pieces of nigiri resulted in 66 pre tip bill. This is by far the best sushi at this price point and the establishment is underrated. The 2 rolls were the orange blossom and a roll that incorporated salmon, eel, and shrimp with an eel sauce. The orange blossom was refreshing, light, and full of complementary citrus flavor; by far the most unique sushi I’ve ever had. The second roll blew me away because I like shrimp but I don’t love it, this roll made me love shrimp. Finally we had two nigiri sets in different stages. They showed us how the quality matters and having better treated sushi provides a better experience. I was definitely taught more about the anatomy of tuna and walked away being better off than when I walked in. We will be visiting again!

Absolutely amazing! The food was the best sushi I ever had. The service was very good. The restaurant atmosphere is so sleek and calm. I came here on Valentine’s Day looking for a restaurant without a wait and to my surprise there was no wait. I will 100% be back. 10/10 recommend. For reference, I ordered the lobster roll (long one on white plate) and the Lobster roll, Rock n Roll, and Dragon roll.

Great cozy sushi restaurant in a new location (moved from highway 6 and park row). The owner is very nice, helpful and always greets us with a smile. The staff is attentive, efficient and the food was tasty. We got the spicy edamame, peach sake, dragon roll and the fire volcano roll. Everything tasted great. I have also gotten the bento box to-go in the past which was also very nice.

Absolutely loved it! Thank you for a lovely time! Relaxed and hopping place. You can definitely enjoy yourself here. We had the mushroom onion soup, agadashi tofu, soft shell crab tempura, orange blossom roll, pink lady roll, and a fried roll. The Agadashi tofu - smoky bonito flakes surrounded the lightly fried tofu, the sweet sauces wasn’t too sweet, short strings of seaweed gave wonderful sea flavor and depth. The orange blossom roll was wonderful. Light and fruity with orange peel and light juice on top. The yellow tail was so yummy. The pink lady was also very tasty! The other roll was awesome! Nothing negative to report. We are picky so nothing negative means worth a trip.
